HRIDAYA YOGA;

Hridaya yoga is a way of receiving the divine benefits of yoga in the modern world through practical hatha yoga. Hridaya means "soul" in Sanskrit. HRI means "giving", DA means "receiving", YA (yam) means "balance", and the literal meaning is "a state of balance between giving and receiving". It is also the breath that sustains life in perfect balance, giving with the exhaling breath and receiving with the inhaling breath. Hridaya yoga means the yoga of understanding the soul (a perfect balance of life) through the breath (hatha yoga).
